Remuneration for our services takes the form of:

  • a combination of both.

This depends in each case on the wishes and needs of the client and on the insurance products that may be arranged.

8. Fees / costs in real estate loan intermediation

The intermediary receives a fee from the lender for successfully arranging a loan.

The amount of this remuneration may depend in particular on the gross loan amount, interest payments and premiums. The exact amount of the intermediary's remuneration is not yet known at the time this information is handed over. It will be communicated to you at a later date in the so-called ESIS (European Standardised Information Sheet), which you will receive in good time before the contract is concluded. Further variable remuneration based on qualitative criteria may be added.
